Shipping Methods
All Buffalo Creek Southwest orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and value of your jewelry. Every package includes tracking so you can follow your turquoise treasures from our door to yours. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and packaged in our signature Buffalo Creek style — think sturdy boxes, soft padding, and a little extra care. Sterling, silver, and turquoise pieces are packaged individually to prevent scratching during travel.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. During holidays or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer, but your order will always be handled with care.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected method. We do not upcharge shipping — you pay exactly what the carrier charges.
Local Pickup
If you’re in the Amarillo or Canyon area, local pickup can be arranged. You’ll receive instructions via email once your order is confirmed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If a package is delayed or lost, we’ll help guide you through the claims process, but we cannot refund or replace items until the carrier concludes their investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you bring home from Buffalo Creek Southwest. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
If You’re Not Satisfied
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue together. Each piece is unique and often one-of-a-kind, so reaching out quickly helps us take the best care of you and your jewelry.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, not as described or you relieved a gift that’s just not the right fit, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit once the piece is returned in its original condition. Because our items are handcrafted and often vintage or one-off, we do not offer refunds.
Hassle-Free Process
Just email us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. We’ll guide you through every step and make the process simple.
Customer Confidence
A clear and honest return policy helps you shop with peace of mind. Buffalo Creek Southwest is committed to transparency, quality, and exceptional service — from the moment you click purchase to the moment your turquoise arrives at your door.
