Shipping Methods

All Buffalo Creek Southwest orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and value of your jewelry. Every package includes tracking so you can follow your turquoise treasures from our door to yours. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and packaged in our signature Buffalo Creek style — think sturdy boxes, soft padding, and a little extra care. Sterling, silver, and turquoise pieces are packaged individually to prevent scratching during travel.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. During holidays or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer, but your order will always be handled with care.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected method. We do not upcharge shipping — you pay exactly what the carrier charges.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Amarillo or Canyon area, local pickup can be arranged. You’ll receive instructions via email once your order is confirmed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If a package is delayed or lost, we’ll help guide you through the claims process, but we cannot refund or replace items until the carrier concludes their investigation.
